The Challenge
Raasid's customers speak a mix of English and Roman Urdu, and expect instant responses at all hours. Their Shopify store had no automated follow-up — every abandoned cart, unconfirmed COD order, and missed reorder opportunity was pure lost revenue. Manual WhatsApp management was inconsistent and couldn't scale.
Our Solution
We integrated a WhatsApp Business API with an n8n automation backend and a custom AI language layer. The bot understands bilingual queries, routes intents intelligently, and triggers the right workflow — whether that's answering a price question, sending a cart recovery link, firing a COD confirmation, or scheduling a reorder nudge. A weekly Google Sheets report is auto-generated so Raasid always knows what's working.
Raasid is a food brand with great products and happy customers — but they were losing sales every evening and weekend when no one was available to answer queries. Abandoned carts went unrecovered, COD orders weren't confirmed before dispatch, and first-time buyers rarely came back.
We built a fully automated WhatsApp system powered by AI and n8n that runs around the clock. Customers can ask about products, prices, and delivery in natural language (including Roman Urdu), and the bot responds instantly and guides them toward placing an order. One hour after a cart is abandoned, an automated reminder is sent with a direct order link. COD orders receive a confirmation message with Confirm/Cancel buttons before dispatch — cutting fake orders and returns significantly. After delivery, the system automatically requests reviews and sends reorder reminders when customers are likely running low.
Every week, Raasid receives an automated report in Google Sheets showing top products, cities generating orders, and recovered carts — giving full visibility without manual effort.
